Bey & Associates, LLC Proud to Announce New Litigation Attorney Eric C. Cook

Eric C. Cook is a Litigation Attorney in the firm’s new Cincinnati office. His areas of practice include trucking accidents, motorcycle accidents, wrongful death cases, nursing home abuse, medical malpractice and motor vehicle collisions.

Eric began his legal career as a Prosecutor for the City of Cincinnati. As a Prosecutor, he litigated over 150 trials and argued before the First District Court of Appeals before joining a national Personal Injury firm in Cincinnati, Ohio. Eric has recovered over $1,000,000 for clients during his career.

Eric is a native of Cincinnati, Ohio. He graduated from Miami University in Oxford Ohio with a degree in Psychology and Philosophy while minoring in Business Legal Studies. He then graduated from the Indiana University Maurer School of Law. Eric was a recipient of the William A. McClain Scholarship and the Procter & Gamble/Dinsmore & Shohl Scholarship.

Eric spends much of his time mentoring junior high students from his high school Clark Montessori in the M.O.R.E (Men Organized Respectful & Educated) program as well as training in the martial arts.

Eric is a member of the American Association for Justice, the Ohio Association of Justice, the Cincinnati Bar Association and Black Lawyers Association of Cincinnati.
