Eric C. Cook is a Litigation Attorney with the Firm’s Cincinnati Office. Eric began his legal career as a Prosecutor for the City of Cincinnati. As a Prosecutor, he litigated over 150 trials and argued before the First District Court of Appeals before joining a national Personal Injury firm in Cincinnati, Ohio. Eric brought in over $1,000,000 in settlement proceeds before starting his own law firm, where he practiced criminal defense as well as personal injury.
Eric is a native of Cincinnati, Ohio. He graduated from Miami University in Oxford Ohio with a degree in Psychology and Philosophy while minoring in Business Legal Studies. He then graduated from the Indiana University Maurer School of Law. Eric is a recipient of the William A. McClain Scholarship and the Procter & Gamble/Dinsmore & Shohl Scholarship.
Eric spends much of his time mentoring junior high students from his high school Clark Montessori in the M.O.R.E (Men Organized Respectful & Educated) program as well as training in the martial arts.
