Jennifer J. Greene

Litigation Attorney

Jennifer’s litigation practice focuses on family law, personal injury, wrongful death, catastrophic injury, premises liability, multi-district litigation, and trucking litigation. She has spent her career advocating for her clients and tirelessly seeking justice for injured individuals.

Jennifer is active in several civic and non-profit organizations. She currently serves as the Chair of the American Association for Justice’s Women’s Trial Lawyer Caucus. Jennifer also serves on American Association for Justice Public Education Committee, Public Affairs Committee, and Trial Lawyers Care Committee. Jennifer serves on the Komen New Orleans Honorary Board; Dress for Success New Orleans Advisory Board; and is active with Emerging Philanthropists of New Orleans. Jennifer volunteers with Youth Empowerment Project (“YEP”) and with several voter protection organizations. She also serves as a Historic District Landmark Commissioner for the City of New Orleans. She is an alumnus of the American Association for Justice Leadership Academy, and an alumnus of the Institute of Politics at Loyola University.

Jennifer was named to City Business Leadership in Law Class of 2012; Louisiana Super Lawyers “Rising Star” 2012-2016; Louisiana Super Lawyers 2017-2024; New Orleans Magazine “Top Lawyers” 2012-2024; and National Academy of Family Attorneys Top 10 Family Law Attorneys (Under 40) in 2015.  She also received Louisiana Association for Justice Community Service Award 2014-2015; Susan G. Komen Volunteer of the Year 2009; and American Association for Justice Trial Lawyers Care – Trial Lawyer of the Year 2017. Jennifer has taught CLEs around the country on topics such as professionalism; depositions; trucking litigation; ethics; family law; electronic discovery; and women’s health law issues.

Jennifer is licensed in all state and federal courts in Louisiana; all state courts in Arkansas; and the Supreme Court of the United States. She will oversee the firm’s New Orleans office

EDUCATION
Jennifer graduated from Rhodes College in Memphis, TN with a B.A. in History and a B.A. in Political Science.

Jennifer graduated from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock School of Law and was awarded the Dean’s Certificate of Service for completing at least 100 hours of community service each year she was in law school. She also studied at Tulane University Law School.
